Terms and Conditions

1.1 The user must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.

1.2 If registering on behalf of a company, you must be duly authorized to do so.

1.3 The information provided must be accurate and kept up to date at all times.

1.4 The platform reserves the right to approve, reject, or suspend any account.

2.1 Service Providers: Offer event-related services/products.

2.2 Clients: Request event-related services/products.

2.3 The platform acts as an intermediary to facilitate communication, bookings, and payments.

3.1 Users are prohibited from posting any false, illegal, or misleading content, or bypassing the platform's payment system.

3.2 You must ensure that all information entered by you is accurate, precise, and specific to you. You commit to safeguarding your credentials and confidential codes, not disclosing them, and accept responsibility for any access or use conducted through your account.

4.1 Service Providers must ensure the accuracy of their listings.

4.2 Clients must submit clear and feasible requests.

5.1 The platform charges a 5% commission from each party (Service Provider and Client).

5.2 The commission is calculated on the net amount before VAT unless otherwise agreed.

5.3 The platform issues VAT invoices for its commission in accordance with the Saudi VAT law.

5.4 Payments are processed through the platform's payment gateway and may be held in escrow until the service is completed.

6.1 If the exhibition has started and is cancelled by either party, a 10% cancellation fee will be charged to the party that cancelled.

6.2 If any agreed exhibition stage is completed, the amount for that stage will be transferred to the other party along with the platform's commission, and this amount will be non-refundable.

6.3 The platform reserves the right to ban any user due to violations, disputes, or unprofessional conduct.

7.1 All initial communications between Service Providers and Clients made through the platform must remain within the platform.

7.2 All conversations and agreements between both parties must be conducted through the platform.

7.3 If any additional terms, changes, or agreements are made, they must be clearly documented on the platform.

7.4 If the platform discovers that both parties, after meeting through the platform, have worked outside it to avoid paying the commission, the platform has the right to take legal action and claim the due commissions.

8.1 The platform guarantees that all Service Providers meet quality standards at the time of joining the platform.

8.2 Both parties agree to abide by the platform's evaluation in matters related to quality.

8.3 The platform may require the Service Provider to fix or replace the service at no additional cost to the Client.

8.4 The platform's decision in quality-related disputes is final and binding.

9.1 Both parties must provide feedback after the completion of the service. Disputes will first be resolved through the platform's mechanism, and our decision will be final unless Saudi law provides otherwise.

9.2 Both parties must provide written notice to the platform at least ten (10) business days before initiating any legal action or taking any legal measure, giving the platform the opportunity to address the dispute or reach an amicable resolution.

10.1 The platform is not the actual provider of the services. Its liability is limited to the total commission received for the disputed transaction.

11.1 The platform has the right to suspend or terminate accounts in the event of a breach of the Terms, non-payment of dues, or quality issues. The user may request termination with prior notice, provided that ongoing transactions are completed.

12.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of Riyadh shall have jurisdiction over any disputes that may arise.

13.1 The platform has the right to amend these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform shall be deemed acceptance of the amendments.
